THE WORLD NEEDS MORE DOPE VIBES
I was born in Jalisco Mexico and raised in Sin City a.k.a. Las Vegas Nevada. I played soccer in school, where my athletic career began and the competitive spirit was instilled in me. I started competing in 5k races, then progressed to more challenging courses. Eventually, I felt the urge to push myself even further, which is when I started lifting.
It didn't take me long to realize that lifting can be more of a mental challenge, rather than physical. But even though life can be hard, you still have to push through. I'm reminded of this every time I step in the gym. When I need to dig deep and get through an exhausting workout, I think about my kids and remember what I taught them; never give up! No matter what life throws at us, we have to get through those obstacles and keep pushing.
My parents and grandma are my biggest role models. Growing up, they were very hard workers that never gave in when faced with adversity. They were so resilient and persevered against all odds. Witnessing their strength inspired me to become who I am today. I apply these lessons to life and physique competition.
Competing helps give me consistency in life. My body building career has been very rewarding. It's given me the opportunity to build strong connections and make new friends who help give the motivation and drive to do what I do.
Now I want to pay it forward. My fitness goals are to motivate and inspire other moms. I intend to finish school and become a trainer, so that I can help aspiring athletes accomplish their goals. I'm looking forward to competing at the national level in 2024. We're just getting started!

My entire life I was surrounded by bodybuilders. My father was always in the gym and even competed himself. In 2012 I was diagnosed with IBD, which was the beginning of some life changing decisions. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t let it defeat me and I wouldn’t “ look sick” Although I have always worked out, In 2020 I decided to get serious, and set a goal.
With my father as my inspiration to do a show, I walked into a small gym that specialized in training power lifters to hire a trainer . They asked me what my goal was and I said “ I want to do a body building show” that’s it. The response was “ let’s do it” Finally, I had a goal, a trainer and the mind set that I was going to do this. I had some detours and obstacles along the way but continued to push through. I was determined to step on stage and give it my all.
I would train in the morning and sometimes go back in the evening. During cardio and my commute to work I’d listen to YouTube videos of other competitors. Any off time I had , I was researching meal planning, macros, workouts, even posing and what the judges look for when judging shows. August of 2021 was my first NPC figure show. I instantly fell in love with the sport.
My husband is currently my trainer, he’s amazing and pushes me to be the best and give it my all. Here’s to stepping on the stage again soon with the goal to be bigger and better each year.

I found fitness in 2018 when I lost myself. I had just had my second son and everything should’ve been fine but I wasn't. I was battling anxiety that was leading its way to depression. I tried numerous medications but nothing worked or made me feel any better.
Finally I got a gym membership despite my social anxiety I faced. I poured myself into the gym. Exhausting myself just so I could sleep better. I’ve never had anything given to me, I’ve never had goals or dreams for myself because I put myself on the back burner to all those around me and the household.
In the gym I not only found myself but I learned to love myself. A great friend introduced me to weights and I watched him go through a prep. I was like I want that will power I want to do that and see it through. 2020 was not a good year to try and compete. I made it half way through a prep rocking it in a home garage with gym closed and then shows were eventually called or moved to far back.
So here I am now. Better. Stronger. A support system. A banging coach. Win or lose I’m proud to be here. I’m proud of myself for going wayyy past my comfort zones. Because that’s where true growth happens.
